Tracking & Status
Visit our Tracking page and enter your tracking code. Your tracking code is provided in your order confirmation email. You can track your shipment in real-time from pickup to delivery.
Pending – Your order has been received and is awaiting assignment. Assigned – A driver has been assigned to your delivery. Picked Up – Your package has been collected from the sender. In Transit – Your package is on its way to the destination. Delivered – Your package has been successfully delivered.
Double-check that you've entered the code exactly as shown in your confirmation email (it starts with "YD"). If the issue persists, contact us at (312) 779-6368 or dispatch@youngsdelivery.com.
Shipping & Delivery
We primarily serve Chicago and the greater Illinois area, including same-day courier services across the Chicagoland region. For deliveries outside our standard coverage area, please contact us for a custom quote.
Yes! We offer same-day delivery services. Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM to qualify. Express 2–4 hour delivery windows are also available for urgent shipments.
If no one is available at the delivery address, our driver will leave a delivery notice. We will attempt re-delivery on the next business day. You can also contact us to arrange an alternate delivery time or location.
Address changes can be made before the package is picked up by contacting our dispatch team. Once a package is in transit, address changes may not be possible or may incur an additional fee.
Pricing & Payments
Pricing is based on package weight, dimensions (volumetric weight), freight type, and delivery distance. Use our online quoting tool for an instant estimate, or contact us for custom freight pricing.
Yes! New customers receive $20 off their second paid order. The second order must be placed within 90 days of your first order. Simply mention "$20 Off Second Order" when placing your order. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
